Dynamics GP/NAV to Business Central WIISE Migration Overview

The migration service consists of two migrations, the user acceptance testing migration where a backup copy of the Microsoft environment is upgraded and moved to the Wiise tenancy. The customer reviews and transacts in the Wiise UAT environment in parallel with the Microsoft environment. After the span of at least 2 weeks the second migration can be completed for the customer go-live.

  1. Migration service is a holistic migration of both master data records and historical transactions.
  2. Depending on which version you are upgrading from, and the degree to which your solution differs from the standard version of Business Central, you may want to prepare your solution for the upgrade.
