In the early stages, Inecom will help you establish the overall scope and budget for your project through reviews and discussion for example discussing how our clients can contribute to a successful implementation. After your team reviews with us the business requirements for the new system, we will review these requirements to determine the solution best able to fit your business needs. And finally, together we will discuss and establish your go-live plans.
ERP Implementation Planning, Training & Support
Based on the scope of the project, typically we will together jointly develop an implementation project plan for your project team that includes details on how the various modules will interact and when data will be migrated or input to the system.
Whilst training you will find you can create new and improved processes. Be sure to utilise our business process experience to consider improvements where applicable. We can provide a “test system” to perform activities. By using a test system with a snapshot of your data, you have a safe learning environment where nothing will be changed in your live data.
