In the case of licensing (this is the easy part for any application) MYOB Advanced is provided on an Edition base with a per-user, per-month User license, with various user licenses available per Edition! Each MYOB Advanced Full user license cost starts from $116 per user, per month. As an example if you were to get 5 users it will cost you $580 per month or $6,960.00 per year in total. However, this price (depending upon Edition) may include licensing from CRM to Inventory to deep Distribution or Construction or Manufacturing capability which would replace a range of various add-ons such as Inventory Management, Cross Module Reporting, CRM etc.

There are three different editions of MYOB Advanced featuring its own pricing and License and User functionality. Depending on which plan you decide (shown above), you will receive the functionality allowed for based upon the different MYOB Edition pricing. MYOB Advanced can also be customised with the help of configuring, customisation, API's that provide Integrations to 3rd parties
